Contest Conditions of participation

General conditions of participation for the RESTUBE competition

Period of the contest: 22.04.2022-30.05.2022

Organizer of the competition is the RESTUBE GmbH, Dieselstraße 1, 76327 Pfinztal.

Participation

  1. All persons of legal age residing in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of RESTUBE and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  2. A person participates in the competition by completely filling out the registration form for the RESTUBE newsletter and agreeing to the collection and use of his/her data in accordance with the declaration of consent. The registration form must also be sent to RESTUBE using the "Subscribe" button and confirmed to the email address provided via a confirmation link. Participation by mail is not possible.
  3. A person who already receives the RESTUBE newsletter participates in the competition by filling out the registration form completely and sending it to RESTUBE by means of the button "Participate now".
  4. In case of a win, the participants will be notified by mail. The winner will be notified by RESTUBE via email within four weeks after the closing date. This winning notification will be sent to one of the addresses that the participant provided when entering. In the event of an undeliverable prize notification, RESTUBE is not obliged to make further inquiries. If the winner does not get in touch within four weeks after sending the notification, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn by lot.
  5. With successful registration, each participant will receive a 10% coupon in the online store at RESTUBE. The coupon is redeemable online at www.restube.com until 12/31/2022. Minimum order value 50 €. Cannot be combined with other coupons.
  6. No cash payment is possible for the entire prize.
  7. The travel voucher, includes the following services:
  8. 2 nights at **** Thermenhotel Ströbinger Hof in Bad Endorf, including breakfast, including 1* admission to the Chiemgau-Therme for 2 people.
  9. The voucher is valid until 31.12.2022. An extension of the validity period is not possible.
  10. Reservation is subject to space availability.
  11. The voucher cannot be subsequently applied to bookings already made.
  12. A cash payment as well as the passing on or the sale of the voucher are excluded.
  13. The combination with other voucher promotions is not possible.
