    The device is light and you can swim without feeling to carry a real game changer in open water swimming safety; finally you do not have to swim towing an already deployed buoy that 99% of time you do not use, Restube is ready for 1% of time, it's a matter of an eye-blink and you have a full-size buoy at your side!

    This system is so user friendly and such a great piece of equipment to take swimming, rock fishing or for any water activity. I bought the Restube active and replacement cartridges. It’s so easy to set up, use, exchange used cartridges and so compact, doesn’t get in the way when you are swimming. I highly recommend the purchase of the product if you are a regular water activity person, it’s the best money you’ll ever spend!

    Great idea and now a stable with our family.

    Look, nothing is going to beat swimming lessons and time in the water to get that confidence up.
    But the Aussie beaches are dangerous and the rips are fast and furious. This is just a backup option when our kids are with other family/friends.
    We purchased 4 with some backup cannisters so I could test one. It worked perfectly, fast and about 95% inflated. The manual air input is one way as well, so its super easy to top up with half a blow, and no air escapes.
    If I had to be picky.....repacking them back into the pouches after being deployed, requires a masters degree...

Optimal for use in open water swimming, such as in triathlons. A swimming buoy is an essential accessory for anyone who enjoys spending time on and in the water. It increases your own safety and the safety of others, because it can also be handed to a person in need.

    When is it necessary to use a safety buoy?

    A swimming buoy is recommended for any activity in and around water, as a swimming buoy greatly increases safety. The additional buoyancy provided by a swimming buoy when needed can be crucial and quickly defuse a critical situation. Restube is the extremely compact version, because the buoy itself is packed in a pouch and inflated only when necessary via CO2 cartridge. Restube extreme is suitable for harsh conditions. It features very robust material and a split pin closure and costs 99.95 euros.

    What materials are used for the manufacture of a safety buoy?

    Nature and treating it responsibly are very important to us. That's why we use environmentally friendly processes and materials wherever we can. Our manufacturing is completely PVC free. Only high quality and durable nylon TPU material is used in all RESTUBE models.
