On August 10, 2019, he set the record for the “longest stay with full body contact in ice” with 2 hours, 8 minutes and 47 seconds.

On September 5, 2020, he beat his own record with 2 hours, 30 minutes and 57 seconds.

In 2014, he was the first Austrian to complete an “Ice Mile” - a distance of at least 1.609 km in water below 5°C.

By 2024, he had completed a total of eight “Ice Miles”, including one at an altitude of 3,216 meters in the Hintertux Glacier at -0.23°C water temperature.
