Für mein Open Water Schwimmen ist diese Boje ein notwendiges Must Have. Sie hat mich schon oft im See sichtbar gemacht und nimmt Autoschlüssel und Handy mit auf den Trip.

Die Qualität ist so gut und die Boje so belastbar, dass ich eine zweite als Rucksack verwende.

Diese Boje finde ich genial, durchdacht und hilfreich.

Die Schwimmboje ist mühsam aufzublasen und Luft abzulassen. Lieferkosten und Zollgebühren waren hoch:(( Sonst liebe ich sie:))

Persönliche Sicherheit

Die Boye ist wirklich toll wenn man sich persönlich sicherer fühlen möchte.

Ich bin meistens alleine im Wasser oder die einzige Person im Wasser, die über außreichende Distanz schwimmen kann. Demnach fühle ich mich deutlich sicherer wenn ich die boye dabei habe auch wenn nichts passiert.

Dadurch ist man sich sicher gesehen zu werden falls etwas sein sollte.

Auch die Idee mit dem Drybag ist super nur leider würde ich empfehlen empfindliche Gegenstände nochmal in einem extra Drybag zu verstauen, da der der Boye nicht ganz wasserdicht ist.

Zudem würde ich es cool finden, wenn man die Boye an den Hüftgurt fixieren könnte, da man ihn schnell verlieren kann, wenn man vergisst die schnalle zu schließen oder die Boye um einen herum schwimmt wenn stärkerer Wellengang herrscht.

Ansonsten sehr valides Produkt auf das ich nicht verzichten möchte.

This kit is ideal for swimmers and open water athletes who want to feel safe and comfortable during their activities.

How does the swim buoy work?

The swim buoy is very easy to use and quick to attach!

Simply fasten the belt around your waist, inflate the air chamber via the mouth valve and pull the buoy behind you as you swim.

The buoy has almost no resistance in the water.

With the swim buoy pro by RESTUBE, you can also store useful items such as an energy bar or your keys in an area separate from the air chamber, so you always have them to hand.

What are the differences between a swim buoy and a swim buoy Pro?

Both products are recommended if you need permanent visibility and additional buoyancy for emergencies in the water.

If you want a dry compartment to store your belongings, the swim buoy Pro is your choice. The same applies if you want to add cool accessories such as a mobile phone case, action camera or shoulder straps.

Additional safety features such as reflector strips, LED light and whistle can be added to both models.

How heavy can I be for the buoy to keep me afloat?

When you lean over the buoy, it lifts your airway - the part from your head to your mouth - out of the water. The part of the head up to the mouth is about the same weight for most people. This means that the swim buoy works regardless of the user's height or body shape.

What's the predetermined breaking point by RESTUBE?

Situations may arise where you may want to part with your Restube in a matter of seconds.

For example, because the line has snagged on a stone – rivers pose a risk in this respect. You can open the belt around your waist with one click and completely separate yourself from Restube.

However, if this is not possible, the predetermined breaking point will help, as it automatically separates the Restube buoy from the line from a pull of 15 kg.

The predetermined breaking point is reusable, just slide the eyelet onto the buoy again.
