"Yesterday a 7 year old boy got into serious trouble with his SUP in Capo Coda Cavallo, a bay on the east coast of Sardinia.
He tried in vain to reach an island off the coast against the current and wind. The family were standing on the beach shouting and waving when I noticed the situation while swimming. After weighing up the options and risks, I swam out and reached the exhausted child about 400 metres off the coast.
I was able to get the child on course and escort him safely to the beach. The parents had allowed the child to go on the 'tour' without knowing the local conditions.
Would I have swum out that far without my Restube? I'm not sure, probably not."

Pull the trigger and the yellow Restube buoy inflates within seconds. Restube active provides enough buoyancy (75N) for adults, just lean over it to lift your head out of the water. Wave with the buoy to catch attention or drag it behind you. You also can share the buoyancy with others, which makes it the ideal companion in open water. It is reusable by screwing in a new original 16g CO2 cartridge and very easy to repack.
