Simply fasten the belt around your hips, blow up the air chamber using the mouth valve, and pull the buoy behind you as you swim. The buoy creates almost no resistance in the water. The swim buoy pro also enables you to store useful items, e.g. energy bars or keys, in a separate compartment from the air chamber so they are easily accessible at all times.

Unlike most other buoy manufacturers, we do not use PVC, a material that is problematic for nature and people, and use only high-quality NYLON / TPU in our products.

For the sake of the environment, we also do without elaborate product packaging. All important information is on a hangtag attached to the buoy.

The Restube floating buoy also has a predetermined breaking point that separates the buoy from the harness when the load exceeds 15 kg, which can be important in dangerous situations such as currents.

With the RESTUBE READY interface, the buoy can be supplemented with additional products. For example, a whistle or smartphone case (coming soon) can be attached to the READY patch.

Both products are recommended if you require permanent visibility and additional buoyancy for emergencies in the water.

The swim buoy pro is the right choice if you need a dry bag to store various items. This also applies if you want to add a mobile phone case, action camera and shoulder straps.

The additional safety features, such as reflector strips, LED light and signaling whistle, can be retrofitted to both models.

Yes, the swim buoy by RESTUBE is designed to keep your personal items such as keys or smartphone dry. If you use the swim buoy on stretches where it could be damaged, for example by stones or rocks in the water, we recommend that you additionally pack all water-sensitive items in a waterproof bag.

Ensure that there are no objects left in the dry compartment of the swimming buoy. Next, smooth it out towards the opening to remove all of the air from the dry compartment. Finally, begin rolling up the buoy while pressing the cap into the mouth valve to keep it open. Warning: If there is any residual air in the dry compartment, the swimming buoy will not be able to be rolled up completely. If this happens, repeat the smoothing process and roll up the buoy again.

Persönliche Sicherheit

Die Boye ist wirklich toll wenn man sich persönlich sicherer fühlen möchte.

Ich bin meistens alleine im Wasser oder die einzige Person im Wasser, die über außreichende Distanz schwimmen kann. Demnach fühle ich mich deutlich sicherer wenn ich die boye dabei habe auch wenn nichts passiert.

Dadurch ist man sich sicher gesehen zu werden falls etwas sein sollte.

Auch die Idee mit dem Drybag ist super nur leider würde ich empfehlen empfindliche Gegenstände nochmal in einem extra Drybag zu verstauen, da der der Boye nicht ganz wasserdicht ist.

Zudem würde ich es cool finden, wenn man die Boye an den Hüftgurt fixieren könnte, da man ihn schnell verlieren kann, wenn man vergisst die schnalle zu schließen oder die Boye um einen herum schwimmt wenn stärkerer Wellengang herrscht.

Ansonsten sehr valides Produkt auf das ich nicht verzichten möchte.
