The emergency CASE SET MIXED offers two aids for external rescue during water operations, which provide optimal support depending on the scenario: LIFEGUARD, a manually releasable buoy with 75N, which has a complete pulling system and 2 kinks so that the body of a person can be stabilized using eylets and a carabiner. And AUTOMATIC 75, which inflates automatically when it comes into contact with water and can be thrown to a person in the water from a safe distance. Including replacement systems for up to 8 releases.

How long is the expected lifespan of the replacement components?

CO₂ cartridges have a service life of 5 years, and water activators of 4 years.Both components must be replaced no later than the end of their respective service lives – or earlier in the event of corrosion, damage, or deployment. They are low-cost consumables and can be easily replaced.

What are the recommended maintenance and replacement intervals?

RESTUBE recommends a visual inspection of the system prior to each use.
For professional applications a comprehensive functional check should be performed at least once per year. Following deployment, the device must be rearmed to ensure operational readiness.

Is user maintenance possible for RESTUBE rescue devices?

Yes, RESTUBE rescue devices are designed for easy self-maintenance.
Maintenance includes visual inspection, drying after use, and replacing consumable components after activation. A detailed user manual is included with each device and also available online.

Are there any recurring costs associated with the use of RESTUBE rescue devices?

Ongoing costs for RESTUBE are limited to consumables such as CO₂ cartridges and, depending on the rescue device, water activators that must be replaced after use. However, for training, drills, and demonstrations, RESTUBE provides free consumables upon request.
