One week of pure aerial action, island vibes, and high-level adrenaline: that was the Red Bull Global Aerial Performance Camp 2025. And we at RESTUBE were right in the middle of it – as the official safety partner, providing some of the world’s best aerial athletes with a simple but powerful safety backup for their water-based training missions.
The Stage: West End Grand Bahama – Where Sky Meets Sea
You couldn’t ask for a more epic setting: the West End Grand Bahama Airport, just steps from the ocean, with a runway that leads straight into blue skies over turquoise water. Perfect conditions for creative flight training that didn’t just wow the athletes – it became a daily show for the local community.
The Lineup: Global Aerial Elite
Around 40 elite athletes from all over the globe came together, representing disciplines like:
- Skydiving
- Wingsuit Flying
- Paragliding & Acro Paragliding
- Hang Gliding
- Aerobatics
Training took place using a fleet of seven aircraft, with solo runs, formation flying, and cross-discipline collaborations. What’s often a solo sport turned into a shared experience – pushing limits, learning, and creating together.

Beyond the stunts and stunning scenery, this camp was all about growth – both as athletes and as a community. Sharing flight strategies, exchanging ideas, and preparing mentally and technically for the season ahead. It was also a reminder that with bigger dreams comes greater risk – especially when flying low over water.

Locals in Grand Bahama were treated to stunning aerial performances every day. Social media lit up with breathtaking shots and videos – jets and gliders soaring over the ocean, parachutes landing on the beach, wingsuits buzzing the palm trees. And in some of those clips, you could even spot that yellow RESTUBE buoy – proof that even in paradise, safety matters.
