Wolfgang Grohé, together with his swimrun partner André Hook, quickly became one of the most successful German swimrun teams during the early days of the sport’s growth. Known for their strong partnership and endurance, they achieved an impressive 8th place finish in the men’s category at the 2015 ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Championship, establishing themselves as pioneers in the German swimrun community.
