Terms & Conditions Giveaway

I. Introduction

RESTUBE GmbH, Dieselstraße 1, 76327 Berghausen-Pfinztal, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “RESTUBE”), is organizing the online giveaway “RESTUBE Safety Guide Study” on the website https://restube.com/pages/safety-guide-studie-umfrage-2026 . Participation in this giveaway, as well as its execution and administration, are governed by the following terms and conditions.

The purchase of a RESTUBE product is not required to participate in the giveaway.

However, participation requires subscription to the RESTUBE newsletter, which must remain active for the entire duration of the giveaway.

II. Eligibility

All individuals who have full legal capacity, are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation are eligible to participate.

III. Persons Not Eligible to Participate

All employees of RESTUBE, Dieselstraße 1, 76327 Berghausen-Pfinztal, are excluded from participation.

Persons who are directly or indirectly involved in the review, monitoring, or administration of RESTUBE are also excluded.

Commercial participants and non-natural persons, particularly so-called giveaway entry services, are excluded from participation.

Participants who violate these terms and conditions, provide false information during participation, or gain an unfair advantage may be excluded from the giveaway. RESTUBE also reserves the right to subsequently revoke and reclaim prizes from participants who are not eligible.

Multiple entries by the same person are not permitted. RESTUBE reserves the right to delete duplicate registrations once identified and to exclude the participant entirely from the giveaway.

IV. Participation in the Giveaway

Participation is possible from March 1, 2026 until April 6, 2026 (inclusive).

Participation requires the timely submission of the participant’s email address via the designated form. The electronically recorded receipt by RESTUBE serves as proof of compliance with the deadline.

Participation is possible online via the website https://restube.com/pages/safety-guide-studie-umfrage-2026 .

Participants must enter their first name and email address in the respective fields of the study.

To take part in the prize draw, the participant must complete the survey and remain subscribed to the RESTUBE newsletter until the end of the giveaway.

In exchange for participating in the giveaway, the user subscribes to the RESTUBE newsletter. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time.

All participants will be entered into a drawing for the following prize:

1 of 10 vouchers worth €150 each for the RESTUBE online shop.

IV. Price Content and Additional Costs

The prize includes the items listed above.

V. Winner Notification

If multiple participants enter the giveaway, the winner(s) will be determined by random draw.

The determination of the winner(s), subject to valid participation according to Sections III and IV, is final and binding.

The winner will be notified by email using the email address provided during participation no later than April 31, 2026.

No additional notification will be sent by post.

The draw will be conducted using a random draw generator.

The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by sending an email to hello@restube.com within one week of receiving the notification.

The timestamp of the sent email determines whether the deadline has been met.

If the winner fails to respond within one week, the claim to the prize will expire and a new winner will be selected by random draw.

Cash payment of the prize is not possible.

The prize is non-transferable.

Exchanges and warranty claims regarding the prize are excluded.

The announcement of the winner is made without guarantee.

Participants agree that, in the event of winning, their first name may be published on RESTUBE’s social media channels.

VI. Limitation of Liability

RESTUBE shall not be liable for delayed delivery of the prize.

Warranty claims due to material and/or legal defects are excluded.

RESTUBE shall only be liable for intent or gross negligence, including the intent or gross negligence of its agents, as well as for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

VII. Data Protection

By participating in the giveaway, the participant agrees that RESTUBE may store personal data for the duration and purpose of conducting and administering the giveaway.

RESTUBE is entitled to forward this data to third parties who are responsible for conducting or administering the giveaway.

VIII. Early Termination of the Giveaway

RESTUBE reserves the right to terminate or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.

This right may be exercised particularly if the proper execution of the giveaway can no longer be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons.

IX. Final Provisions

Legal recourse is excluded.

These terms and conditions of participation and all legal relationships arising from them are subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless another mandatory jurisdiction applies.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
