Buddyswim POWER PADDLE PADDLES are specifically designed to perform strength work in the water by strengthening the muscles directly involved in the stroke. Due to the resistance capacity of the POWER PADDLE PADDLES, they force the muscles of the hands, arms and upper trunk to exert more effort throughout the underwater phase of the stroke and help to perfect technique. To get the maximum benefit from training with paddles, and unless you are training under the supervision of a coach, we recommend that you do not exceed 25% of the total training time with paddles and alternate sets with and without paddles. In this way, the body and hands adapt to the correct stroke movement and internalize it much better. The design of the Buddyswim POWER PADDLE BLADES with a large number of holes distributed over the entire surface of the paddle improves the aquatic sensitivity and the lifting movement of the arm and hand.
