I'm usually swimming in local lakes. This swim buoy pro is the best I've used so far. The dry bag compartment let's me store my phone (in the extra phone case), car keys or bike keys, so I don't need to worry about them being stolen during my open water swims. I don't notice the buoy while swimming, and it gives me a huge sense of security that lets me swim longer and farther out more confidently.
