What are the differences between a SWIM BUOY and a SWIM BUOY PRO?

Both products are recommended if you need permanent visibility and additional buoyancy for emergencies in the water.

If you want a dry compartment to store your belongings, the SWIM BUOY PRO is your choice. The same applies if you want to add cool accessories such as a mobile phone case, action camera or shoulder straps.

Additional safety features such as reflector strips, LED light and whistle can be added to both models.

How does the swim buoy work?

The swim buoy is very easy to use and quick to attach! Simply fasten the belt around your waist, inflate the air chamber using the mouth valve and pull the buoy behind you as you swim. The buoy has almost no drag in the water.

When using the swim buoy Pro by RESTUBE, you can also store useful items such as an energy bar or your keys in an area separate from the air chamber so they are always at hand.

Can I use the swim buoy several times?

You can use the buoy many times - and good maintenance helps!
If you use your buoy in salt or chlorinated water, rinse it with fresh water after use. Also, allow it to dry thoroughly before storing it until the next use.

How heavy can I be for the buoy to keep me afloat?

When you lean over the buoy, it lifts your airway - the part from your head to your mouth - out of the water. The part of the head up to the mouth is about the same weight for most people. This means that the swim buoy works regardless of the user's height or body shape.
